Artwork requirements

The fastest and easiest way to ensure your design or logo will look great on your custom branded promotional items is to provide your artwork as original vector art created in a program like Adobe Illustrator®, then save your file as an .EPS or .AI file with text converted to outlines.

Image (or raster image) files such as JPG, GIF, PNG, BMP, PICT, etc. are great for use online but should not be used for quality print production and will need to be recreated. Files created in programs such as Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Paint, Microsoft Publisher will also need to be recreated.

We're here to help you get the best branded swag, so if you don't have the right art format or aren't sure, just send us what you have, even if it's an unfinished file or a rough sketch. We'll review your artwork at no charge and give you our expert feedback. 

If your file is ready to go we'll let you know the next steps to order, but if your artwork requires any editing or modifications we'll let you know what needs to be done. If your art file needs any changes we'll do our best to do it at no charge or we'll provide an up-front design estimate.

For our rainbow suncatcher stickers, any design with enough clear space will really shine! Anywhere there is ink will print as opaque, so the more clear space, the more the sun can shine through to cast rainbows. Get the most out of your suncatchers! Also, for the production process, we leave at least 2mm clear at the edge (no ink). We do not cut on a bleed.

For best results, we recommend original vector artwork saved as .EPS or .AI. with any text outlined. You can also provide your art file as an editable PDF, Photoshop file, or PNG with a transparent background. We suggest 300 DPI, the same size as the final sticker or larger.
